Overglow is a booking and payment platform we developed to address a critical need in the Moroccan market: simplifying reservations and securing online transactions.

After 6 months of development and testing, the web platform is operational. Next step: bring the experience to mobile (iOS/Android) to reach more users and improve conversion.

The project processing approach

From the first meeting with the client, we identified three clear objectives: reduce booking time to less than 2 minutes, secure online payments, and create an intuitive dashboard for managing reservations.

Our process unfolded in 4 phases: (1) Audit and benchmarking of existing solutions, (2) UX/UI design with interactive prototypes, (3) Iterative development with user testing, (4) Deployment and continuous optimization.

Our execution method

We chose an agile approach with 2-week sprints. Each sprint ends with a client demo and feedback session. This allowed us to quickly adjust features based on real needs.

The chosen tech stack (Next.js 14, TypeScript, Stripe) ensures performance and scalability. Automated testing and CI/CD reduced bugs by 80% compared to our previous projects.
